Well, my insulin results came back "too normal". *sigh* So, I didn't get into the JCDS. poo.

But! I'm committed to losing weight! So, I managed to haul myself to a local Weight Watchers meeting. I've never been to one before. The last time I tried WW, I did the "At Home" program. Which worked well for me for a while... but then I stopped doing it. I think that if I'm going to the meetings, maybe I'll show a little more accountability and stick with it.
